Cannot allocate memory

Hey Cannot allocate memory

Quite new here, was hoping some of you could help me with this... I just installed Cacti on my VPS, but from time to time i get the message

Failed loading /usr/local/Zend/lib/Optimizer-2_6_2/php-5.1.x/ZendOptimizer.so:  /usr/local/Zend/lib/Optimizer-2_6_2/php-5.1.x/ZendOptimizer.so: failed to map segment from shared object: Cannot allocate memory
(I get the cronjob results sent to my mail of cos...)

I'm really blank on this, could any of you point me in the right direction?
