Questions(Uploading,php.ini,and more)
Also some of them show some banners as well.
However on my new dedicated server i have this problem:
the uploading function isnt working,and same goes for banner manager.They dont work.It a global problem(all sites in the server have this problem).The weord thing is,that if irestart the server,everything seems to work!!!
Could anyone tell me what is going on?
2)For a particular site(subdomain of a domain)i want to turn register global = on in PHP.How to do this on only thhat particular site and not alll server site?
3)Also is is considered support(managment)if i ask my host to fix problem #1?
Since i didnt really did anything,it was a server problem from the beginning.
