Help to catch the spammer!!!

Hi I got a spammer abusing the server by sending mails out. but the spammer is using phpscript to send mails out.

I tried everything I could to find the spammer but not able to locate. there are no trace of anything, since the spam mail content might have been injected.
viewed the log files for suspisious entries and compared the time stamp. but no luck yet!

this is the line from the spam mail header.
Received: (qmail 15097 invoked by uid 48); 3 Mar 2006 12:36:24 -0000


Any clue to kick the spammer out?
