Asus or Tyan Motherboard?

I am building a home server. Here are the specs I need.
This will be used for windows 2003 server enterprise OS.

Requirements:
Form Factor: ATX
CPUs – Dual Xeon 2GHz Up
Chipset – Intel Only
System Memory – 4 Gigs Up
Slots – 1 AGP or 1 PCI-E, 2 PCI slots minimum
OnBoard I/O – 1 PS/2 Keyboard & Mouse, 1 Floppy, 2 IDE Connectors,
Front Ports Audio & USB For Front Panel, 2 USB External,
2 Integrated LAN Ports, 2 SATA Connectors

PC Health Monitoring: CPU & Motherboard Temp Monitoring & Connectors.

So far I have concluded that these 2 are my best options for what I want.

Tyan Tiger i7505 (S2668ANR)
or
ASUS PC-DL Deluxe

Any recommendations on which one I should get to meet my needs? Or does anyone know of another model that tyan or asus makes that will be better?

Choosing a AMD motherboard is not an option for me in any way period.

Thanks to all for helping me
