Looking for Inexpensive, Solid SSL

I have a client who will be accepting credit card numbers via their new site. They plan to do the processing offline. I think that their volume will probably be in the realm of $5000 a year, so I don't want them to be spending tons of money on this cert. I just need a place that is good for SSL newbie like me to use, is affordable, and will provide adequate protection.

I'm on WHM and within there it has links to XRamp and SecureSSL. Are either of those places worth going with, or should I look elsewhere?
