urgent : can not transfer any account to the server

i am traing to transfer a site to my server but iam getting the opration faild ...
i used 2 ways to transfer ...

1- transfer - Copy an account from another server with account password...
and the error was ...

when i got the email tha its done i traid to restore it but i got this error ...
