horde mail error

when i loging cpanel webmail it is going next step of neomail, horde, sequiremail,

i have click horde mail login but it's display following messege

"Login failed because your username or password was entered incorrectly."

Notice: (null)(): Connection failed to localhost.domainname.com 143: Connection refused (errflg=2) in Unknown on line 0


pls help soon as passible.
