Outgoing Mailserver Blocked

I'm stumped to be perfectly honest.

Here are the facts, bullet form because I'm tired Outgoing Mailserver Blocked

- client has 1 laptop that travels from office to home
- client IS able to send outgoing mail through email accounts hosted with us from the office
- client is UNABLE to send outgoing mail through email accounts hosted with us from home
- our server has not blocked his IP address
- his ISP is not blocking outgoing port 25 or 26 or any other port.

What else could the problem be?
