User claims they are blocked from server
A user has called me on the phone and says that from their work location they cannot access our website, or email us. Their IT department has called us to tell us that they have tried to access our site from outside of their firewall, but still cannot access our site. When they try to send us email, we get the following error in our log:
exim_rejectlog:2006-03-01 18:38:36 H=pool-XXX-XXX-XXX-XX.XXX.east.verizon.net (verizon.net) [XXX.XXX.XXX.XX]:1925 I=[XXX.XX.XXX.XX]:25 F=<tjxgsu@verizon.net> rejected RCPT <miner@myhost.com>: rejected because the sending host XXX.XXX.XXX.XX is in a black list at combined.njabl.org
This shows me why they are being blocked from exim (because the blacklists are loaded), but how are they being blocked from the server? They are not in any of my apf logs. Where can I look to verify that they are being blocked?
