Whats the best php for plesk 7.5.4

I think that is my plesk but I need to squeeze every bit outta my server now my site loads in almost .5 sec for me.

/me has

MYSQL (4.1.15)

4.4.2 (apache2handler)

what recomended mysql should I pair with PHP & I use yum, if you know of anygood repos please tell
