Hotmail issue

I don't know what's happening with hotmail & msn, bu in the last few days my server receives general failure messages on all hotmail & msn emails.

Now, I did a traceroute from my PC(not the server), and what I found is the request timing out when it gets to SanJose, somewhere there:

Does anyone have any ideas what the problem is? Could you share your traceroute to hotmail?

And here is what mailenable debug file says:

ME-E0124: Error (9002): Could not resolve MX list for domain [hotmail.com]

ME-E0059: [31414DA3D4D548CD9C88B4F812C275.MAI] Message Delivery Failure. Attempt (0): Could not find mail server for domain (hotmail.com). The remote mail server could not be contacted at this time. Message has been requeued.
