1 domain 2 hosting companies, possible?
I know we can have 1 hosting company hosting multiple domains own by us.
But... can I have 1 domain being hosted by 2 different hosting companies ?
If yes, can you roughly give me an idea how ? and how does it work ?
I wish to have some files hosted in hosting company 1 and some in hosting company 2. How does the DNS know which hosting server to go to if my visitor type domain-name.com/file1 (which is in hosting company 1) and domain-name.com/file2 (which is in hosting company 2) ?
