Sending Mail Out Problem (cPanel Server)

Thank you all for your help,

I've only tested this with Outlook, so I haven't tried the web based e-mail programs, but when sending e-mail out, for some odd reason it will not. My server has been sending e-mail out flawlessly for two years, but now all of a sudden it decided to stop working. The error I seem to get is

Code: 
Sending' reported error (0x80042109) : 'Outlook is unable to connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or INternet service provider (ISP).'
Now I know this is not a problem with Outlook, because when I send mail out from my home connection's SMTP server, it works perfectly fine.
