Nameservers Help me

I recently bought a server and the guy said to Point all my domains to

NS1.RAJhosting.COM
NS2.RAJHOSTING.COM

But Godaddy and Yahoo Wont let me Do it Why is that? Rajhosting.com is not pointed to
NS1.RAJHOSTING.COM
NS2.RAJHOSTING.COM
its pointed to

| NameServer3: rtg9.rtgasia.com
| NameServer4: rtg10.rtgasia.com



Does it take a while to work or somthing ?
