how to config shoutcast on my webhost:

hi, i have a webhost with these performances:
server: LINUX
web space: 1000MB
trafic: unlimited
cpanel
ftp

i want to know how to configure and run SHOUTcast on my webhost? can i config and run with FTP? how can i config & run?
