Hostname and Domain problems (WHM)
The hostname and the nameservers seem to be working fine. However, when I try to create an account with mydomain.com I get the following error:
"Sorry, a DNS entry for mydomain.com already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster)"
However, there is no account using that domain. I had a look in httpd.conf but all I could find was 2 entries for my hostname, none that specifically referred to "mydomain.com".
Accounts that use subdomain.mydomain.com work fine, and host.mydomain.com can be reached with no problems. It's just creating mydomain.com as an account that is the problem.
How do I get host.mydomain.com and mydomain.com to work simultaneously? Or is the hostname even the thing that's causing the problem? I really don't know, I hope someone can help me out. Thanks in advance!
