Emails dont send / not relayed - connection is refused :-(

Hi,

I have a problem with my exim - it does not send or relay emails outside the server. The emails seem to queue up in the mail queue and when you click send email you get something like this error:

Connecting to email.email.co.uk [000.000.000.000]:25 ... failed: Connection refused
LOG: MAIN
email.email.co.uk [000.000.000.000]: Connection refused
Connecting to email.email.co.uk [000.000.000.000]:25 ... failed: Connection refused
LOG: MAIN
email.emai.co.uk [000.000.000.000]: Connection refused
LOG: MAIN
== email@email.co.uk R=lookuphost T=remote_smtp defer (111): Connection Refused

On EVERY email I get Connection Refused

I hace replaced IPs and Emails :-)

Any ideas how I can fix this as no mail is being received and it is a big problem ?
