confused a bit by eximstats

Top 50 senders, is that the top 50 places that have sent mail TO my box, or have sent mail out FROM my box?
The reason I am asking this, is because I took a little nap this afternoon, woke up, and some random person had IM'd my companies AIM account with:
"Why are you guys spamming me???? why???"
I am not very familiar with WHM/CPanel/Exim, still learning all of its ins-and-outs. (Compared to webmin/virtualmin/sendmail, which I used to host with, WHM/CPanel are infinently more confusing). I have ran serveral relay checkers and they all said the box is good to go, and theres no relayers showing up at all in WHM's Relay list. However, I am still a bit edgy since I don't know much about how exim works.
Obviously those addresses above are spammers, however, are they spammers sending stuff to users on my box or spammers using my box to send stuff out?
