What are the RHE Network Config Files

I recently installed MailScanner, and ClamAV/SpamAssassin onto my server and rebooted. Now I can't access the server at all. Ev1 reported the problem was "The server appears to be missing some key files to configure the network which is needed in order to bring the server back online".

Can anyone tell me what "key files" are needed so that the server can connect to the network?

Details:
+ Red Hat Enterprise Platform
+ DirectAdmin Control Panel
+ Intel Celeron 1.3, 512MB ram
