server up but inaccessible remotely
server stay up but services ssh,ftp,http stays at CRITICAL conditions for long hours and no one can log into my website , server hangs until i make reboot request form to the host company
my server host company have a Monitoring IP Alert system would reboot any service or server down ,but Monitoring IP Alert system didnt do any thing when i had this problem cuz services were in critical condition not failed !! and the server was up all the time but inaccessible
this happen 2 times this week for the first time in 2 years of life of my server
which log file i should start with to investigate to trace the cuz of this problem?
