Rfc

Hello.

We're with a UK based reseller host and are really pleased with them. Their support is really good and they are always friendly. There is just one issue:

They implemented a rfc rule whereas the sender has to accept null sender for the mail to be delivered to our clients. The issue is detailed here:

http://www.rfc-ignorant.org/policy-dsn.php
http://www.rfc-ignorant.org/rfcs/rfc...p#section5.2.9

We also have sites hosted with a different UK based reseller and the mail is accepted there, as is with free email providers like gmail,...

The problem is our clients are sent emails and they never receive them, also not the sender not the receiver even get a message that the email was blocked.

We managed to get some admins to change their policies, but its hard to go against such companies as the Post office, large ISPs, who havent changed their status according to the guidelines and probably wont just because we tell them to.

The reseller host of course has no plans to drop this policy. We really dont want to switch hosts (we have over 200 domains with them now). What should we do?
