Help moving large site
I'm trying to move a site with a large vBulletin forum from one Cpanel server to another.
I tried using the WHM copy account feature but it fails or times out when bringing across the forum database.
I tried via SSH - I tarred the account on the old server, moved it to the new server and tried to the restorepkg script but that timed out too.
What I'm thinking now is backing up the forum database on the old server then deleting it. I'm sure the Cpanel copy account will work then.
What I would like to know is how exactly to restore the backed up database onto the new server.
If anyone could help I'd really appreciate it.
