Inplace Win 2003 install
I hear that it is simple upgrade from some people and others say no.
What's your experience?
I have SQL2000 on this box also, does it need to be re-installed or not?
Is there a link to info that gives a step by step.
What settings are saved and which are not.
About how much time will it take, that my site will be down.
