I'm using a cpanel Redhat server and it's not letting me send out emails. I've tried everything. Restarting exim, restarting the entire server, reinstalling exim. I think a recent cPanel update caused this. I had it set to automatically update. It's affecting all the accounts on the server. I managed to fix it once by running /scripts/fixeverything, but it broke again and that doesn't fix it anymore. I've also tried reinstalling exim a number of times now.
It affects newly created email accounts. I've check /etc/localdomains and /etc/userdomains and they seem fine. It's adding my IP address to /etc/relayhosts yet still not letting me send. My log files aren't really giving me any information either.
