Adding A Entry for Hostname not working!

I get this error when trying to add an A Entry for my hostname!

IP=72.232.8.58 Bind reloading on serverthree using rndc zone: [sector-network.org] Error reloading bind on serverthree: rndc: connect failed: connection refused Add Complete

What causes this thnx. Adding A Entry for Hostname not working!
