[php] Zend Debugger?

I would like to use the zend debugger on a linux server running apache 2 and php5 with my Zend IDE.

Does this mean i have to buy the Zend Platform and install it on the server? Or does the debugger already come with the Zend engine and i can enable it somehow?

I've emailed Zend last week but no reply [php] Zend Debugger? Hope to hear from anybody!
