Duplicate tickets - DirectAdmin/Exim/Kayako
So, having bought Kayako recently... Thought I bought a finished product, but now realizing it is still in RC mode, feeling a bit of a fool..V3 and all.. well, seems like a good product to me, except that I would expect that when you buy a product, it is done and tested well, and with documentation.. another story though, over to my problem ->
I`ve installed esupport V3 on my DirectAdmin server, setup piping and everything actually works smooth... except the duplicate ticket problem

Has anyone come up with a solution to this yet?
Tried to search forums on Directadmin.com/kayako forums and here, but couldn`t find any working solution. (or maybe my tired eye just couldn`t see it?)
