need help reading header of emal spammer in queue

Hi, I need help reading this header from this email in my mail server queue.

every day I see hundreads of emails waiting to be delivered in the queue of my email server. I want to know if this email is received by my server to be delivered to my users in the server or if is being sent out from my server.
