MySQL and my server

I have just purchased this administrative plan from a well known server administrator.

Root/Admin Access
Ping Monitoring
Network Based Intrusion Detection Service
Host Based Intrusion Detection Service
O/S Updates and patches
Onsite Technicians
Email Notifications
Service Monitoring, (HTTP, POP, SSH, etc.)
System Monitoring, (Storage, CPU Usage, Load, etc.)
Process Monitoring, (ColdFusion.exe, PGP.exe, ApacheGuard.sh, etc.)
Security Assesments

However, for some reason, people keep going into my server or cPanel or something and keep dropping the databases. It gets quite annoying when they do it every day. GOOD thing I have backups of the accounts, but it's annoying the hell out of me.
