EXIM Weirdness - puzzled?

Hello -

I have had one box (cPanel, EXIM, PHP 4.3.8 and RHE) that will not send mail. I went into the que and tried to deliver a random piece and got the following. I have tried all fixes and reinstalling EXIM... I''m a tad confused on this one:

The me's were replace for this post - this is on a different server (Process failed (1) when writing error message to sales@me.com (frozen)

This just started in the last 24 - 36 hours

Any help would be great.
