I'm a newbie who got hijack on a VDS Help........

OK, i would appreciate if anyone can tell me how to shift a database(MySql) to my new server?

I cant access the webcp, its down Help........

I use to access it for phpmyadmin but now.................Help........

I have a Forum, Maillist among some other DB.

Any help is grateful ! Help........

I do have access to webmin at this moment.
