webcams, streaming - any expert here?

One of my customers wants to setup a ded. server for live adult webcams but my experiences on this topic are zero.
Who has some experiences or useful links? I know that he will need a powerful server and much bandwidth, but which software is best? Any configuration tips? Money is no big concern webcams, streaming - any expert here?
