ftp upload via netscape
I saw that somebody visited his site in the internet, edited the page with netscape editor )
and published the html to his site. So he didn´t use
any ftp programm, just his username and password.
When I try, i am told that put is not allowed for that domain.
How can I enable that? Is it a security hole?
