Wonder if any of you ever experienced this. I upgraded the kernel on two servers. The servers do not have any problems and everything appears to be fully functional, however they both do not come back from a reboot (/sbin/reboot). We had to go to the data center to restart them. I had actually tried to reboot one of them on purpose and noticed that every time, it didn't come back, I had to manually boot it up.
These servers do not have clients as of right now, but I guess this is important if a reboot is necessary in the future. They both run Linux 7.2 and the new kernel is 2.4.17smp.
