Backup question for shared server

So I am planning to buy an extra shared server from Hostgator, even tho they allow manual backup generation, there is no automatic settings on Cpanel (on Whm only i think)

So is there a supported way, script, or anything else that i can use to send my domains backups to the 3rd party backup site?
